I have not done this post in ages that’s because nothing exciting has happened to me but I am sorry if you wanted this post for ages, but finally today I am doing one. My parents told me and my sister that on the holidays we are going to Dromana I am so excited. And nothing else has really happened but I will definitely tell you if something does happen.
I am excited about the holidays and camp. First holidays we get to relax, watch our favourite TV shows, sleep in and pack for camp. I don’t have plans for the holidays yet but I will.I am also super excited about camp on the first day back of term 3 the year 5/6’s are going on a bus to camp, we are going to Mt Evelyn I am so excited I feel nervous happy all different emotions. I have never been but I wonder what it’s going to be like. This I think is a picture of the cabin.
Last week I said I would tell you my goal for the week and tell you how I went. My goal was to put my hand up more in class, and to catch up with my reading more. I think I went great with putting my hand up more in class, Mrs Smith clapped 3 times whenever I put my hand up and answered a question. So I am really happy, but on the other hand I did a 50-50 job. I read but I think I could of done a bit more reading.
This Friday on the 12th of June we are having a Food line. We do it every year and it’s really important. We do it for St Vincent de Paul which is a society who raises money for the poor and is very generous to people, especially in winter time when it gets cold. I think doing a food line is very important especially for the poor people and I would feel really happy because we are helping the poor. This is how it works, we get in our house colour teams and make a big line of food, whoever makes the biggest wins and then we give all the food from other house colours to and supply’s to St Vincent de Paul and gives them enough supply’s for the year. There is Mackillop (Blue), Phillips (Yellow), Donlan (Red) and Maltby (Green). Mackillop has won I think 2 years in a row so hopefully we make it 3.
This post will be up every week telling you about what my goal for the week and at the end of the week I will tell you how I went. My goal is to put my hand up more in class because I don’t do much of it, and to catch up with my read a bit more.
Hi everyone. I forgot to put up this post last week so I will tell you now. Last week I went to Echuca, Echuca is near the Murray River I think it was cold but fun we stayed in a really nice house where we could the water. I also watched every single Football game, I flicked back and forth to each footy game but I didn’t change the Hawthorn vs Gold Coast (HAWTHORN WON). Have you ever been to Echuca and watch every footy game?
